We need experienced heavy construction workers & heavy equipment operators for the following positions in Northern & Southern California:

Judge Netting Barrier Specialists: Construction workers in safety gear attending an employment opportunities briefing at an outdoor worksite.

• Construction Crew & Net Installation Technician 1

• Construction Crew & Net Installation Technician 2 (Team Lead*)

*Team Leads may be eligible for our “Fastrack to Foreman” opportunity.

Compensation: Starting at $25-$30 hourly + potential for “Prevailing Wage” and overtime (when applicable).

WHAT THE BEST CANDIDATES LOOK LIKE

All candidates should have the following attributes:

  • Ability to certify as 100% drug free.
  • No fear of heights
  • High energy & motivated
  • Intelligent learner
  • Willing to learn new skills
  • Familiarization with heavy equipment (backhoe, skid steer, excavator, reach fork, etc.)
  • Current valid driver license with min. 5+ yrs. experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willing to travel on West Coast for work
  • Always ready to stand up for company values in all situations as a proud representative of the company and part of the Judge Netting family

The ideal candidate for Team Lead will also have the following experience:

  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • CDL Class A (Minimum 1 yr.)
  • NCCCO Crane Certification (Minimum 1 yr.)
  • Heavy Equipment Operator experience (backhoe, skid steer, excavator, reach fork, etc.)
  • Familiarization with relevant building codes so that all completed work meets or, ideally, exceeds all requirements for quality and safety
  • Ability to read and follow sketches and blueprints and be knowledgeable enough to make suggestions about changes as necessary
