Thank you for the excellent work Judge Netting did at the TOCA Training Center at Costa Mesa. In particular, I want to mention Kirt Ecker’s professionalism, attention to both engineering detail and the overall aesthetics of the project, and cost consciousness. An unusual combination to say the least. The netting system is functioning extremely well and is regularly mentioned as a unique feature of the facility. We look forward to working with you again.
